Discover Millstone Scholars: A National Honors Program for Middle Schoolers

Join us virtually to learn more about Millstone Scholars, a National Honors program for intellectually curious seventh and eighth graders attending public and secular independent schools to explore Jewish texts, the heroic story of modern Israel, and the influence of Jewish ideas on America. We’re aiming to open a cohort at the JCCMW this fall! Millstone scholars will: Explore Jewish Civilization: Study key texts, influential leaders, and foundational ideas. Engage in Seminar-Style Learning: Attend weekly in-person classes with fellow students. Deepen Jewish Identity: Explore the Hebrew Bible on to modern Israel and Jewish contributions to America. Think Seriously, Connect Socially: Embrace intellectual rigor with a welcoming community. The Millstone Scholars Program at JCCMW is a partnership with Tikvah and Morah Jessie Tutors.
