Active Meditation: Breathwork Experience

Join us for an active meditation session, a powerful two-part conscious breathing practice designed to help you release tension, connect deeply with your emotions, and cultivate inner clarity. We’ll begin by setting an intention, creating space for focus and self-reflection. From there, we’ll dive into the rhythmic breathwork practice—an immersive experience that encourages deep release and connection. The session will conclude with a grounding meditation to help you integrate your experience and leave feeling centered and renewed. Breathing deeply and intentionally can help: Release built-up tension from demanding days. Support emotional balance and reduce anxiety. Recharge your immune system and boost energy. Encourage mindfulness, even for those who think they can’t meditate. Come as you are—no prior experience needed. We invite you to arrive with an open heart and a willingness to explore! About the Instructor Kat Palmieri is a holistic nutritionist and wellness practitioner who helps individuals restore balance through nutrition, mindfulness, and sustainable lifestyle habits. With training in breath work, yoga, meditation, and sound healing, she brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to supporting health and overall well-being.
