In this class, Chef Danielle Colen will show you how to prepare a variety of artisan dips and small plates inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern traditions, and provide tips on presentation and pairings. The experience will culminate in a tasting! Perfect for food lovers of all skill levels who want to learn in a relaxed, social atmosphere! This event is limited to 10 guests and will take place offsite in Westchester. The exact address will be shared with attendees one day prior to the event. Admission: $80 Members: $72 About the Chef Danielle Colen is the founder and curator of the Inherited Plate. She graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and the George Washington University. She has worked in professional kitchens and in private homes in NYC, the Hamptons, Westchester, and Connecticut. Danielle has tested recipes at Real Simple and Women’s Day, and written and developed recipes for her food column “What’s Cooking” in the Riverdale Press. Her work has been published on Food52.com and the Boston Globe. She caters, teaches private cooking classes, and cooks with professional chefs and home cooks from all over the world to preserve and share their authentic family recipes, stories, and special culinary knowledge.
