When you click a ticket link, you are redirected to a third-party ticketing platform (such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, or AXS). These platforms have their own privacy policies that govern your interaction with them. VenuNite is a ticket discovery and resale marketplace and is not the primary provider of tickets.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to store your state/location preference and to remember if you have subscribed to our newsletter. When enabled, we also use a short-lived, first-party anonymous session cookie to connect activity within one visit. A link clicked from a VenuNite welcome email may set a separate first-party attribution cookie for up to 24 hours. These opaque cookies contain no email address, name, IP address, or location and are not sent to Google Analytics. Anonymous session records, including linked search and interaction activity, are automatically removed after 90 days. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Ads) may set their own cookies for analytics and advertising purposes.

6. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive daily event digest emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or visiting /unsubscribe. We record provider delivery outcomes and may use a tracking pixel and redirect to distinguish opens and link clicks. Automated mail proxies and security scanners are recorded separately where they can be identified; email opens remain an approximate signal. We comply with CAN-SPAM regulations.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting (Supabase), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
