VenuNite is a live events discovery platform that aggregates event information from venues, ticketing platforms, and other sources across the United States. We help users discover concerts, comedy shows, theater productions, festivals, and other live events.

VenuNite is a ticket discovery and resale marketplace and is not the primary provider of tickets.When you click a ticket link on our site, you are redirected to a third-party ticketing platform (such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, or AXS). Your ticket purchase is governed by that platform's terms and conditions. Prices on third-party platforms may be above face value.

3. Event Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date event information. However, event details (dates, times, prices, lineups, venues) are subject to change by event organizers and venues. VenuNite is not responsible for inaccuracies in event information sourced from third parties.

We recommend verifying event details directly with the venue or ticketing platform before making plans or purchasing tickets.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access personalized features such as saved events, location preferences, and email digest customization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving daily event digest emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. We comply with CAN-SPAM regulations and will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Affiliate Links

VenuNite earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with ticketing platforms. When you click a ticket link and make a purchase, VenuNite may receive a commission from the ticketing platform. This does not affect the price you pay for tickets.

7. Venue Claims

Venue owners may claim their venue page on VenuNite. Claimed venues can manage their event listings and venue information. VenuNite reserves the right to verify venue ownership before granting access to venue management features.

8. Intellectual Property

Event information displayed on VenuNite is aggregated from publicly available sources and third-party APIs. Artist images, venue photos, and other media are sourced from their respective platforms and remain the property of their owners.

The VenuNite name, logo, and website design are the property of VenuNite.

9. Limitation of Liability

VenuNite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to: incorrect event information, ticket purchase issues with third-party platforms, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VenuNite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
