Delete your VenuNite account

You can delete your account from the VenuNite app or request deletion by email. Account deletion removes your profile and associated personal data from VenuNite.

Delete from the app

Open the VenuNite app.
Go to Profile, then Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Send your request from the email address on your VenuNite account to privacy@venunite.com. Include the words "Delete my VenuNite account" in the subject.

What is deleted

Your account profile, including name, email address, and saved location preferences.
Your saved events, followed artists, followed venues, notification preferences, and app settings.
Your VenuNite push notification tokens and account-specific history.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, or backup integrity. Public venue and event catalog records are not deleted because they are not personal account data.
