What is deleted

• Your account profile, including name, email address, and saved location preferences.
• Your saved events, followed artists, followed venues, notification preferences, and app settings.
• Your VenuNite push notification tokens and other account-specific records.
• Existing account identifiers attached to retained search, browser-session, and market-campaign analytics when the deletion scrub runs.
• Existing referral references present when the deletion scrub runs.

What may be retained

We may retain search and interaction analytics. The deletion workflow removes direct account identifiers present when its scrub runs. Current search API writers redact obvious contact patterns and round search centers before storage; earlier records may retain the search text or location precision stored when they were created. We may also retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, or backup integrity. Public venue and event catalog records are not deleted because they are not personal account data; a venue you claimed is disassociated from your account.
