About this event

Take a break from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with nature in the tranquil setting of Innisfree. This autumn-themed workshop combines the restorative power of Qigong with the calming beauty of the landscape, offering you a chance to recharge both body and spirit. Rooted in seasonal practices that mirror nature’s rhythms, “Qigong for Autumn” invites you to release what no longer serves you—just as the trees let go of their leaves. Together we’ll explore gentle, time-tested exercises that strengthen the lungs, support immunity, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. You’ll also learn simple self-acupressure techniques to boost circulation and vitality. One of the world’s oldest healing traditions, Qigong is a proven way to cultivate energy and resilience—helping you step into the colder months with strength and good spirits. This beginner-friendly program welcomes all ages. Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows for easy movement. This event is weather-dependent. In the event of rain, it will be postponed (tickets will be transferred to the new date or refunded) or cancelled (tickets will be refunded). Space is limited; advance registration is strongly encouraged. Tickets for this program will be available soon. Cris Caivano Cris Caivano is an exercise/movement therapist, a certified Qigong instructor, and the author of the twice published book Strength Training, Staying Fit and Fabulous (Dover, 2018).
