Windsor Art Center presents Art Meets History! Calling all art lovers, history lovers, and everyone in-between! Participants will hear a brief history of Windsor Historical Society’s buildings, followed by a short lesson on sketching techniques. Then, everyone will scatter around the grounds and open galleries to sketch, with Delia walking around to offer individual guidance, tips, and encouragement along the way. Registration is required. All drawing materials included, but bring your own sketchbook! Location: Windsor Historical Society ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Delia Jean is a skilled traditional artist, specializing in portraiture and illustration. She is inspired by the people and scenes of everyday life. Delia earned her BFA from the prestigious School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2012. She is the 2023 recipient of the Palette & Chisel Scholarship. All classes are held in the train station studio classroom. Do not attend if you feel sick.
