Yoga for Witches

About this event

A twice monthly vinyasa flow suitable for all levels of ability infused with magical elements! Expect intention setting and a short guided meditation before moving through a yoga sequence. We will be synching our breath to movement to infuse our intention with our energy. Taught by Liora Lionheart, one of Ritualcravt’s Herbalist House Witches. Liora has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2020, including vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, and yin yoga. Please bring your own mat and water! Option to bring a blanket if you’d like as well. Sliding scale ticket options below. YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Liora Lionheart is a professional herbalist, yoga teacher, tarot reader, and witch. Having a passion for community and healing, Liora focuses their energy on how to best serve their community through magic, movement, and herbs! Originally from Texas, Liora went to Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine, as well as founded the group Austin’s Queer Coven. You can find them working at Ritualcravt as one of the Herbalist House Witches, foraging in the mountains, dancing at edm concerts, tending to their home and yard, or making potions in their witchcraft room.
