Join Kris Peters for this weekly, drop-in/donation based Tai Chi class. *Tai Chi has been practiced daily for its health benefits by millions of people around the world and has existed for thousands of years. Explore the art of cultivating a happier, healthier and mindful life through this energy art. Tai Chi offers benefits for all abilities, ages and experiences. Learn the classic forms, work with seasonal movements, some one-piece movements, and a deeper meditation.* Develop Qi energy, work the tendons and strengthen and detoxify organs. The goal will be to help all bring the Qi practice home. This class is for all skill levels, no previous experience needed. No material, supplies or equipment are needed. Kris offers printed material for some of the movements taught. This is a drop-in donation based class. Donation suggestion: $15 - $35+ *\* If you cannot donate this amount, you are still warmly welcome and encouraged to join.
