When I ask you how you're doing, I want the long version. To accommodate our growing group of mindful conversationalists, let's gather outside for our next event! This time is here for you to slow down, be yourself, and talk about how to stay more present in your life as you live it. I'll be your mindfulness guide as we explore the layers, ironies, stressors, and joys of life... and everything in between. *I encourage you to check in with your body and bring anything that will help you feel comfortable... maybe something to sit on, some bug spray and/or sunscreen, a drink to stay hydrated, etc.* Please note: This location will be weather permitting. If it's looking like it might rain, I'll update the group to either reschedule or find an indoor location nearby.
