About this event
Story Room. Audience Pick: The Fly (1958) You voted, and The Fly is our November audience pick! When scientist André Delambre is found dead under mysterious circumstances, his wife Hélène admits responsibility—but refuses to explain why. As the strange story unfolds, it leads to a secret laboratory, a groundbreaking experiment, and a scientific accident with horrifying consequences. Starring David Hedison, Patricia Owens, and Vincent Price, The Fly blends science fiction, mystery, and horror into one of the most memorable films of the 1950s. With its tale of scientific ambition gone terribly wrong, the film builds from an intriguing mystery to an unforgettable conclusion. Join us for this classic tale of experimentation, transformation, and one very unfortunate encounter with a fly. Runtime: 1 hour, 34 minutes (94 minutes) Light refreshments will be provided. No registration is required.
