About this event
Community Room. Halloween Movie Night: Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948) Join us for a Halloween treat with the classic horror-comedy Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein! When baggage clerks Chick and Wilbur find themselves mixed up with a mysterious shipment, they soon discover that Dracula and Frankenstein's Monster are very real—and Dracula has some sinister plans of his own. With the Wolf Man trying to stop him, Chick and Wilbur are caught in the middle of a monster-filled adventure where scares and laughs go hand in hand. Starring Bud Abbott and Lou Costello alongside Bela Lugosi as Dracula, Lon Chaney Jr. as the Wolf Man, and Glenn Strange as Frankenstein's Monster, this 1948 favorite brings together some of Universal's most famous monsters in one delightfully spooky comedy. Runtime: 1 hour, 23 minutes (83 minutes) Light refreshments will be provided. No registration is required.
