Strengthen the foundation beneath you. **Sacred Roots** is a grounding journey centered around the **Root Chakra — Muladhara**, our energetic foundation connected to safety, stability, belonging, embodiment, and our relationship with the physical world. Through intentional **movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing**, we will bring awareness to the root chakra and explore practices designed to help release stagnant energy, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and inner stability. This class is an invitation to slow down, feel your feet beneath you, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and remember: **You are here. You are supported. You belong.
