The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance — a day when light and dark stand nearly equal before we begin our gradual descent into the quieter, darker half of the year. It’s a natural checkpoint: a chance to pause, reflect, and consider what we want to carry forward, and what we’re ready to release. Join us for Equinox Equilibrium, an evening honoring this seasonal transition through the restorative practice of a sound bath. Surrounded by soothing tones and intentional stillness, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find balance — between activity and rest, holding on and letting go, outward energy and inward reflection. As the season shifts, this is your space to reset intentions, release what no longer serves you, and make room for what’s next. Step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into the natural rhythm of transition. We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane. If you do not have your own yoga mat, we do have a limited number to borrow. Please note, no food or beverages (apart from water) are allowed in the museum galleries. We encourage you to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace afterwards. Open to all ages 16+
