Join Dr. Debby for a fun, hands-on 90-minute morning routine combining fascia release, lymphatic drainage, face yoga (to lift face muscle and look younger), eye, tongue and throat exercises, gentle stretching, Tai Chi and Qigong-inspired movement. Followed by relaxing breath-work and meditation.
