Immerse yourself in a transformative day of healing at RESET: 1-Day Shamanic Medicine Retreat at Tree of Life in Downtown San Mateo! Held on Saturday, September 26th from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, this intimate quarterly retreat is guided by Dr. Nathan Teismann and Tiffany Allen. Participants will be led through breathwork, meditation, yin yoga, two medicine journeys, sound healing, reiki, and reflective sharing, along with an included 1-hour post-retreat integration session with Tiffany. Spots are extremely limited to maintain a small group setting; registration is $1,444 per person with sliding scale options available.
