Find a mid-week moment of calm with the new Weekly Group Meditation at Tree of Life in Downtown San Mateo! Led by Tiffany Allen, this 30-minute in-person guided meditation class takes place every Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM starting September 16th. Designed to regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of inner peace, this gathering welcomes adults and youth ages 16 and older. Cost is $22 per person. The DSMA calendar is intended to share the exciting events and promotions provided by our Downtown San Mateo businesses.
