MOON BEAT — FULL BEAVER SUPERMOON IN GEMINI

Find Your Rhythm. Free Your Voice. Let It Move Through You. November's Full Moon arrives with an extra dose of lunar intensity. The Full Beaver Moon in Gemini will be the first of three consecutive supermoons, beginning a powerful sequence of Full Moons that will carry us through the closing months of the year. And we're meeting it with rhythm. Join us inside the Himalayan Salt Cave at Saltscape Wellness Center for Moon Beat, our monthly Full Moon drumming experience combining rhythm, intention, reflection and the grounding atmosphere of the Salt Cave. 🌕 THE FULL BEAVER MOON Traditionally, November's Beaver Moon is associated with preparation — a time when nature begins turning inward and preparing for the colder season ahead. It's an invitation to ask: What do I need as I prepare for the season ahead? ♊ FULL MOON IN GEMINI Gemini brings the energy of communication, curiosity, movement and expression. Under this Full Moon, we'll explore what may be asking to be expressed rather than held inside. What have you been overthinking? What conversation have you been avoiding? What story are you ready to change? What needs a voice? And what could happen if, instead of trying to think your way through everything, you simply allowed some of that energy to move? 🥁 THAT'S WHERE THE DRUM COMES IN. Rhythm gives us another language. You don't need to know how to drum. You don't need to keep a perfect beat. And you definitely don't need to consider yourself musical. Simply settle into the Salt Cave, feel the rhythm moving through the room and allow yourself to participate in whatever way feels natural. ✨ WHAT TO EXPECT • Full Moon grounding & intention setting • Reflection inspired by the Full Beaver Moon in Gemini • Guided rhythmic drumming • Individual & collective rhythm • Space for expression, release and connection • Himalayan Salt Cave atmosphere & halotherapy • Zero-gravity chairs and cozy blankets 🌕…
