FRIDAY NIGHT RESET — SALT CAVE MEDITATION & SOUND BATH

End the week differently. Step into the Himalayan Salt Cave at Saltscape Wellness Center for 45 minutes dedicated to slowing down, letting go of the week and creating space for yourself before the weekend begins. Friday Night RESET combines a full 45-minute Salt Cave session — a $44 value on its own — with guided meditation, intention setting and the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gentle drumming. Settle into a zero-gravity chair surrounded by Himalayan salt, close your eyes and simply receive. No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. This is your time to breathe, quiet the mental noise and transition out of the demands of the week. ✨ WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE • 45-minute Himalayan Salt Cave session (halotherapy) • Guided meditation & intention setting • Tibetan singing bowls • Gentle rhythmic drumming • Time to rest, breathe and reconnect ✨ FRIDAY NIGHT RESET MAY SUPPORT • Relaxation and stress relief • A quieter, more focused state of mind • Respiratory wellness through halotherapy • Mindfulness and emotional balance • Feeling more grounded as you enter the weekend 📍 Saltscape Wellness Center 8 Queen Anne Rd Bogota, NJ 07603 ⏱ 45 minutes 💲 Energy Exchange: $55 + tax Space is intentionally limited inside the Salt Cave. ⚠️ Pre-registration is required.
