About this event
Find calm, clarity, and focus in this grounding and restorative workshop with certified Vedic Meditation teacher Marisa Löwenstein. Meditative drawing is a guided practice that uses simple, repetitive drawing patterns to quiet the mind and cultivate a deeper sense of calm. As the nervous system settles and mental chatter fades, focus becomes effortless and awareness expands. This active meditation offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with the present moment. Using exercises from Marisa’s upcoming book, Meditative Drawing: 50 Exercises to Calm the Mind, you’ll explore a series of carefully designed techniques that encourage relaxation, clarity, and creativity. All materials are provided, and no artistic experience is necessary. Simply follow a few easy steps and allow the process to unfold. Space is limited. Reserve your seat today! Admission: $25 About the instructor Marisa Löwenstein is a creative director and certified Vedic Meditation teacher with over 15 years of meditation experience.
