Enjoy free admission all day, courtesy of the Nypro Foundation. What materials were used to create the vivid and long-lasting colors seen in the icons? Why do artists choose certain colors and how do they make us feel? Families and visitors of all ages can take a self-guided tour, learn about the symbolic meaning of color in art, create their own work of art at our craft maker-space using the symbolism of color.
