Echo Trail Park Meditation Meetup

Join in the grass at Echo Trail Park on Russell and Buffalo on Saturdays to engage in informal and relaxed meditation sessions guided by a different Zen student or Audio Teacher every week. 15-30min of Za Zen and 15-30min of sharing weekly lessons on dharma or sharing life. Feel free to bring your own dharma or scripts to share if you'd like. No dress code, No items required but feel free to bring your own blanket or pillows or anything you'd like to feel comfortable.
