D Derek Enjoy the art-making process and discover your child’s unique creative voice! This class is open to all children who love art and want more hands-on time to develop their skills while experimenting with a variety of techniques and materials. Students will explore a wide range of media, including papermaking, textiles, collage, painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, and more. Each week, we’ll draw inspiration from music, storybooks, fantasy, art history, diverse cultures, and nature, both indoors and outdoors. Along the way, students will also explore color, composition, and the elements of art through fun, engaging projects. This class is a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their creativity, express themselves, try new ideas, and build confidence while making art in a fun and welcoming studio. Choose to register for all classes or specific classes: Tuesdays, 4:30pm – 6pm September 22 – December 8 12-class series: Members $190 / Nonmembers $225 Individual classes: Members $18 / Nonmembers $21 September 22, September 29, October 6, October 13, October 20, October 27, November 3, November 10, November 17, November 24, December 1 and December 8 All supplies included with registration.
