Zedd is a Grammy-award-winning electro-house DJ and record producer who began his musical journey at the age of four, learning piano in a family of musicians. After mastering the piano, he transitioned to playing drums in a band and composed numerous rock songs in his band’s studio. In 2009, Zedd shifted to producing electronic club music, quickly gaining acclaim. Within just a few months, he achieved remarkable success by winning Beatport's "Armand Van Helden / Strictly Rhythm Remix Contest," followed by a second win in the "Fatboy Slim / Skint Remix Contest." These victories opened the door to collaborations with renowned artists like Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, Skrillex, and Fatboy Slim, along with partnerships with major labels such as mau5trap, Interscope, and Atlantic Records. Zedd’s rapid rise can be attributed to his unique and recognizable style, characterized by detailed, playful, and catchy electro-house compositions.
