About this event
For noncyclists and cyclists alike. After an optional social bike ride at 5 pm, wind down for a yoga class in the park 6 - 7 pm. A moderate to advanced vinyasa style class targetting the areas of the body affected by time in the bike saddle and other areas of request. Bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know earlier in the day so I can bring one for you. Meet at the Gazebo south of Chipeta Lodge. If the weather is too inclement, we can meet at the studio at 380 Sherman Street, Ridgway. While this is donation based, please pay before online or in person.
