The Ice Park Advisory Team (IPAT) Opens in new window was created to provide an informal, good-faith forum for discussion about the future and ongoing management of the Ouray Ice Park. IPAT serves as a space for the Parties and any interested community members to come together and talk through topics that impact the Ice Park, including: Management and operationsPark usage and recreational interestsCommercial interests and guiding considerationsCapital planning and long-term strategic planningSuccession planning and sustainabilityMission, vision, and valuesEconomic impact to the communityUnforeseen issues as they arise
