Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and the beauty of nature at Bok Tower Gardens! Join Jody for a refreshing morning yoga session surrounded by the peaceful gardens. This welcoming, all levels class blends gentle yoga movements to awaken and stretch the spine, mindful breathing techniques, and extended relaxation, with a sprinkling of yoga philosophy along the way. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re encouraged to join us. Come breathe, move, and unwind in the great outdoors and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Bring your yoga mat and meet us on the Camellia Glade. Registration is required. We hope you can join us! Instructor Bio: Jody Reece is an experienced yoga teacher and lifelong student who has been sharing the transformative benefits of yoga since 2005. With more than 11,000 teaching hours and over 1,500 hours of advanced training, she brings deep knowledge, compassion, and authenticity to every class. Trained in a variety of yoga styles and healing traditions, Jody specializes in creating accessible, inclusive experiences for students of all ages and abilities. Her teaching emphasizes breath, grounding, healing, and personal growth, helping each student feel supported, empowered, and welcome on their yoga journey.
