Women's Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath at Pease Park (Donation Based)

Kick off your weekend with sound healer and women’s coach Coleen for a Friday morning sound bath in Pease Park! This restorative outdoor session blends gentle movement and sound healing to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself, nature, and community. We’ll begin with brief introductions and light stretching, then settle into a guided sound bath surrounded by the park. You’ll be immersed in crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and wave drum to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. Time: 7:30–8:30 AM What to bring: * Yoga mat (required) * Blanket and/or layers for comfort * Water * Sun protection Please dress for the weather, as we will be fully outdoors. Where to find us: We’ll gather in the open green space at Pease Park, north of the playground and basketball court. Look for the sound setup. Parking is available nearby—please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to park, find the group, and settle in. This session is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. No experience needed.
