Wellness: Sound Bath

Ormond Beach Regional Library Sandcastle Aud.. Adults can experience a guided sound bath with Nicole Comenole, certified sound therapy practitioner. Through guided instruction, participants will learn relaxation techniques that support stress reduction. Attendees may bring a yoga mat from home, chairs will be provided. Cosponsored by Volusia County Public Library and Friends of the Ormond Beach Library. Registration is required. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee registration.
