Learn & Explore: Yoga Workshop

Ormond Beach Regional Library Sandcastle Aud.. Adults can learn about yoga practices with Tom, Allie, Heather, Sher, Sharel, Karen, Linda, Bob, and Steve from Heartfelt Yoga Tribe. Through discussion and practice with breathwork, mantra, meditation, sound, and multiple styles of yoga, participants can develop skills, practice new techniques, and leave with the tools and techniques to apply what they learned at home. Participants may bring a yoga mat to use for the workshop. Registration is required. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee registration. If space becomes available, an email notification will be sent.
