Video Drive By: Artist Talk

An artist talk with the artists featured in Video Drive By, where they’ll share insights into the ideas, and processes behind the works presented in the program. The conversation will be moderated by BFI founder Naomi Fisher. Music set from DJ Oly before and after the talk. About Video Drive By: Featuring three exciting local and global artists (Marisa Olson, Aaron Young, and Becca Albee), BFI’s “Video Drive By” curatorial series projects video art onto the Miami Beach Bandshell canopy on non-performance nights. Utilizing cutting-edge digital mapping, this project transforms the Bandshell into a dynamic canvas, designed to energize the neighborhood. BFI Director and Curator Naomi Fisher selected iconic pieces by each artist that explore the beach’s essence, focusing on themes like play, nature, and car culture.
