Triangle Run Club

Join us for a group run with fellow TRC fitness enthusiasts! This TRC-led run will cover approximately 3 miles. We'll kick off at the gym with a brief warm-up and wrap up with a quick cool-down back at the gym. Don't forget your water and your stoke for running!
