Train Man Tiny Art Paintings

Supplies are limited. Registration is required. Age 7+ recommended though open to all ages/flexible with family collaboration. This year, Deschutes Public Library is thrilled to host Michael Lavrich (“The Train Man”) and his incredible train collection. Michael has brought his trains to the Library for over two decades. Celebrate this time-honored tradition by creating a train-inspired tiny painting (6”x6” canvas) to be shown at the Central Library during the month of December. Join local artist Anastasia Zielinski as she walks us through the steps of creating our paintings. Paintings will be put up for display after drying, and participants will be able to pick up their art pieces in early January.
