Thursday Noon Bible Study: Preparing for Sunday
Deepen Your Weekend Worship with Midweek Reflection Join us for a weekly journey through the Word as we prepare our hearts for Sunday worship. The Thursday Noon Bible Study offers a space to pause during your busy week and engage with the upcoming Scripture lessons. Led by Canon Bradley Varnell, this study explores God’s word to us in the readings you will hear in the Cathedral on Sunday morning. Whether you are a lifelong Bible scholar or are picking up Scripture for the first time, you are welcome. No prior Bible study experience is required—just an open heart and a desire to learn. Why Join a Lectionary-Based Study? Participating in this study changes the way you experience Sunday service. By spending an hour during the week reflecting on the texts, you may find that the sermons and liturgy resonate more deeply, providing a richer spiritual experience for your weekend. Lunch & Learn Since this study is held via Zoom, it is a perfect opportunity to join us during your lunch break from the office or the comfort of your home. How to Join To receive the Zoom link and weekly study reminders, registration is required. For more information regarding Adult Formation or this study group, please contact Canon Bradley Varnell.
