Thursday Beach Flow With Denise 10:30

Tuesday flow with Denise @ 10:30 Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers for changing weather. We are on the left (pier side) of Tower 14. Come flow with me to move and have fun! Every week I change up the class working various body parts and all levels are welcome! Do what you can do and remember it's only yoga and about you and your mat! Class can be a challenge, but I remind all my students to honor your body and take a break when you need it. Yoga is never competitive; it's about listening to your body and connecting to your breath! We have the beautiful back drop of the ocean...what could be better! I hope to see you on your mats! Donation based classes open to everyone!
