Avoid Contact \*Minimal contact: no tackling, tripping, leaning or physical pressure. Play the ball, not the body.\* 3\. Low Balls \*Keep the ball on the ground: passes and shots must stay below head height. Aim for skill, not power.\* 4\. Keep it Slow & Smooth \*Move slower than you think you need to.
