Women's Hike: Pease Park to Shoal Creek Greenbelt

Join our women's hike from Pease Park to Shoal Creek Greenbelt for a morning fresh air, connection, and rejuvenation in nature! We'll meet at Pease Park and walk North along Shoal Creek Greenbelt. This trail is primarily flat and varies from paved to gravel with small rocky portions. We will hike \~3 miles. This hike is an opportunity for women to gather in nature and in community and meet new friends who also love wellness + the outdoors! Come bathe your senses in nature with us and reset before the week ahead. The event will be unplugged from devices so we can slow down, acknowledge the rhythms of nature, and leave feeling restored and nourished in mind, body and soul. We walk at a slower pace with the intention of building connection to nature and mindfulness. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome! Logistics & things to bring: \- Water \- Hiking shoes or water shoes with tread \- Sun protection \- Hat / sunglasses Where to find us: We’ll gather in the open green space at Pease Park, north of the playground and basketball court, and we will end in the same spot.
