Spring Bloom Sound Bath Donation-Based
Join us for a relaxing sound session on the morning of Saturday April 11. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to celebrate Spring, a season of renewal and beauty.✨✨✨ A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum. The sound frequencies and vibrations help to promote balance and well-being on a physical, spiritual, and mental level. Some benefits of a sound bath are deep relaxation, stress reduction, clearing of energy blockages, clarity, and improvement of sleep. **Location** The session will take place at Rohr Park in the South Bay--4548 Sweetwater Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. Enter the Rohr Park Gate B entrance to the parking lot. Find us within the train tracks near a tree. Please allow time to find a parking spot and the location. **What to Bring** Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water. **All are welcome** but space is limited. **No experience is necessary.** Come with an open mind and heart. **This event is donation-based.** Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20 If you have metal in your body, wear a pacemaker, or have any other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before RSVPing. **Attendees will be required to sign a waiver before the start of the session.** *Hope to see you there! As a courtesy to the organizer and those on the wait list, if you reserve a spot and your plans change, please update your RSVP to "No" or "Not going." Thank you.* Rain will cancel the event.
