Spring Bloom Sound Bath at Rohr Park

Join us for a relaxing sound session on the morning of Saturday April 11. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to celebrate Spring and align with its energies of renewal and beauty. **Location** The session will take place at Rohr Park in the South Bay--4548 Sweetwater Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. Enter the Rohr Park Gate B entrance to the parking lot. Find us within the train tracks near a tree. Please allow time for finding the site and a parking spot. **What To Bring** Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the journey. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, journal, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water. Importantly, bring an open mind and heart. **All are welcome but space is limited.
