About this event
Spectrum Community Services will be tabling in the lobby of Union City Library to share information about Fall Prevention exercise classes for all levels and abilities. 1 in 4 adults aged 65 and older falls each year. The good news? Falls are not a normal part of aging—they are largely preventable. Learn how to gain strength, balance and confidence to keep doing what you love! Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
