Mommy and Me Yoga

Join us for a gentle and playful yoga experience designed to nurture the special bond between caregivers and little ones. All activities are adapted for babies and toddlers. No registration or prior yoga experience is needed. Gentle stretches and yoga movements for caregivers Baby-friendly movement and playful interaction Songs, rhymes, and simple yoga games Gentle baby massage and movement Relaxation, breathing, and bonding activities *Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.* Sessions will be conducted by YogaMihi instructor, Rathna Noojibail. Ms. Noojibail is an experienced yoga/meditation teacher and yoga therapist, and she has been teaching online and in-person classes in the Bay Area for over 20 years, to students of all ages. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
