Sourdough for Lazy Bakers

If you want to bake your own artisan loaves but find you are intimidated by the technicality of breadmaking, come join avid home baker Hannah Basham in this class on no-stress sourdough baking. We’ll demystify the art of sourdough bread and show you that you don’t have to be a pro to make something that you’ll be proud to share with your friends and family (though it’s so good you probably won’t want to). This class is perfect for folks who want a laid-back introduction to this beloved culinary art. Please bring a clean, quart-size glass jar to take home your very own sourdough starter. This program is intended for Adults. Reservations are required; the class is limited to 15 participants. This is a free event. No library card necessary.
