Let’s Make Elderberry Syrup + Fermented Lemon Honey Learn the basics of making Elderberry Syrup and Fermented Lemon Honey at home to have on hand for winter wellness. Both of these traditional recipes offer wellness support from the whole family. Made with easy to find herbs, spices and ingredients you often have in your pantry, they’re packed with nutrients to support your overall wellness throughout the cold winter months. *students will bring home a pint jar each of elderberry syrup and Fermented Honey and a recipe card.
