Somatics & Sounds

About this event

**Somatics & Sounds** **Move freely. Ground deeply. Rest in sound.** **Found us through Meetup or part of the Arizona Psychedelic Society? Enjoy $10 off, bringing your ticket to $45! To reserve, Venmo @keshets_kreations and include your name, October 18, and APS in the payment note.** **Join Lexi and Koral for a two-hour workshop weaving together guided somatic movement, Qigong, breathwork, visualization, and sound bowls. It’s an afternoon to loosen up, connect with yourself, and bring a little more play and presence into your day.** **We’ll begin with a guided somatic movement sequence, moving through a rhythm of expression, release, and connection. Lexi and Koral will guide you through playful, intentional movements that invite you out of your head and into your body. Then we’ll ground that moving energy with Qigong, using gentle, flowing movements to find balance and settle into the present moment.** **After a short break, Koral will lead guided breathwork and visualization, creating space to turn inward and connect with your inner world. Lexi will close with sound bowls, inviting you to rest, receive, and let the afternoon’s experience settle.** **Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and enjoy an afternoon of movement, connection, and a little magic. No previous experience is needed.** **Bring anything you need to be comfortable** **(****yoga** **mat****, eye mask****, blanket, etc.****).** **Sunday, October 18, 2026** **2:00–4:00 p.m.** **Arizona Yoga Co.** **414 S. Mill Ave, Suite B102** **Tempe, AZ 85281** **Reserve your spot: Send $45 via Venmo to @keshets_kreations, with your name + October 18 + APS in the payment note.
