Beginner Pasta Making Class at The Sycamore at Mallow Run Friday, November 6th Doors Open 5:30, Class Begins at 6pm Roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of hand-crafted pasta! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to mix, knead, and shape your own small-batch pasta dough from scratch, perfect to take home and turn into future culinary masterpieces. We’ll explore classic techniques for hand-cut fettuccine, hand-rolled cavatelli, and a seasonal stuffed pasta that changes throughout the year. For this November class you might create pumpkin or sweet potato stuffed pasta. (Please note: This class is NOT gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free.) What’s Included: All ingredients, tools, and instruction Your handmade pasta to cook or freeze later Pasta cutter wheel A wooden gnocchi board Apron to take home Recipes to take home an enjoy again and again! An Individual serving of an Italian specialty dessert A glass of wine to enjoy while you create. Additional wine and snacks available for purchase.
