Beginner Sourdough Bread Class at The Sycamore at Mallow Run Sunday, November 22nd Doors Open 12:30, Class Begins at 1pm Learn the art of sourdough bread baking in this hands-on beginner class! Mix your own artisan loaf (ingredients provided), discover the secrets of fermentation, proofing, and shaping, and take home a complete sourdough starter kit (including some sourdough starter) so you can keep baking with confidence. Every participant will receive a glass of wine (or mimosa!) to enjoy during class (additional wine and snacks available for purchase), and a Sourdough Starter Kit to take home, which includes: Mixing bowl Tea towel Weck Starter Jar Spatula Proofing basket 20 oz of Sourdough Starter so you can continue baking at home Join us for an inspiring, hands-on evening at the Sycamore and leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to keep baking delicious artisan bread in your own kitchen.
