About this event
Ashley Covelli from Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen will teach us how to make a delicious skillet lasagna that can be made with ground meat or vegan ground meat substitute. We'll also be making garlic bread to go alongside and a creamy balsamic vinaigrette that's the perfect to dress your favorite salad. Registration required for Zoom link. Recipes and instructions will be sent to attendees before the program. Done in collaboration with the Eastchester, Somers, Tuckahoe, Field, and Dobbs Ferry Libraries.
