The Shining Stars, a talented cast of performers with special needs whose energy and passion light up the stage, have played to large audiences at UCPAC since 2019. Celebrating their 14th year, Shining Stars Network is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that creates opportunities in the performing arts for individuals with special needs.
