About Makeup Artist Jeff Goodwin Jeff Goodwin is an American make‑up artist, special effects supervisor, and producer known for his work on a wide range of films and television series, including “Blue Velvet” (1986), “The Last of the Mohicans” (1992), “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (1990), “Scream” (2022), and “The Black Phone” (2022). Goodwin has been honored with multiple industry accolades, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society of Makeup Artists (ISOMA) in 1993. In 2008, he received a Premio Internazionale Cinearti La Chioma di Berenice for Best Makeup for “War & Peace” (2008). The following year, Goodwin was the recipient of Medaglia d’oro – Una Vita per il Cinema (Gold Medal for Life in the Cinema) in Rome, Italy.
